THE VISION
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
The Need
It does not take more than a quick look at our nation today to notice that the United States of America has a great need for the Gospel of Christ. This blessed Gospel is spread to people by local churches fulfilling their responsibility of the Great Commission in their communities and beyond. One significant need in our day is for there to be strong churches in every community in the nation. Although, America has been considered a Christian nation from its founding, to this day there are numerous communities lacking a church that preaches the truth and reaches the community. However, church planting is close to an all-time low in the history of America. We are not planting enough churches to even keep up with the population growth in America, much less the number of those unaffiliated with a church. According to recent research, there is a need to triple church planting within the next five years.
The Vision
- To evangelize communities where there is not an existing, Bible-preaching church, with the vision of seeing a church started in that community.
- To partner with existing local churches to reach their communities and beyond with the Gospel.
Evangelize America provides potential church planters with experience and training through ministry team opportunities throughout the year. We seek to partner with pastors, evangelists, and church planters to reach the specific communities where God has placed them.
